Incoming Inspection:
Aircraft engineering documents and diagrams must coincide with the current aircraft configuration. Existing aircraft systems and avionics equipment that will be coupled to newly installed avionics systems must be operating to current factory standards.

Any discrepancies discovered during this initial check will be presented to the customer for disposition.  The correction of these discrepancies could result in additional cost and time to complete the upgrade.

Avionics Equipment Warranties:
Woodland Aviation warrants all workmanship on avionics installations for the term of (1) year.  Warranty is limited to workmanship defects only.
New equipment warranties are governed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).  Please review your warranty certificates and fully understand warranty details.  Woodland Aviation will assist the customer, where possible, for warranty claims on equipment installed by Woodland Aviation.
Woodland Aviation warrants that the services performed herein will comply with applicable FAA regulations in effect as of the date of the work is performed and as interpreted by the FAA office having jurisdiction over this facility. All work will be delivered free from defects in workmanship and materials.  All work will be warranted under normal use for one (1) year from date of installation completion on new components and ninety (90) days on used components not including existing components in the aircraft.  The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, the consequence of accidents, negligence, abuse, misuse, repair, removal, reinstallation or alteration, other then by Woodland Aviation.
The Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy, and Woodland Aviation’s sole and exclusive liability, with respect to this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement (at Woodland Aviation’s option) of the defective work or component.  Such repair or replacement shall be performed at Woodland Aviation’s location and will not be liable for and consequential or incidental damages including, without limitation, loss of use.
Deposit:
A $10,000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a date and initiate the ordering of instrumentation. 
Payment:
Payment in full upon completion including any additional work.

OR

The remaining balance can be paid in 3 separate monthly payment of $5,000 and no interest charges if paid in full within 90 days. 

Place and time of Performance:
All work will be performed during regular (non-overtime) working hours on a pre-scheduled date at our facility located at Yolo County Airport (KDWA).  

Expiration Date:
Limited time and limited quantities.

Changes in Work Scope:
Any changes to the scope of work, agreed upon within this proposal or added after commencement of this project, will be documented on a Change Order or Work Order Authorization Form and signed by the customer or designated representative and the Woodland Aviation Director of Maintenance.
